1 General Terms & Conditions

After registration, and especially before your first withdrawal, jya92 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. One of the following documents will be required:

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

On jya92, you can deposit and withdraw via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits made from someone else's mobile banking account may be cancelled.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed and sent within 3–15 minutes.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• The maximum withdrawal limit depends on the user's verification level.
• Withdrawals may be held if a bonus wagering requirement has not been completed.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Users may also request to close their account at any time by contacting support. If there is any valid remaining balance at the time of closure, it will be returned in accordance with the standard process.
